GENERAL SUMMARY: Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor feed sampling.• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.• Match feed delivery tickets, etc. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions. EDUCATION: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
