**No Experience Required**Be part of the Christensen Farms team that is responsible for the production of livestock feed and load out operations. Located at the Feed Mill in Sleepy Eye, MN this position focuses on producing high quality feed for our farms. DUTIES Operate machinery associated with feed production Perform and monitor proper documentation of the batching, grinding, and loadout process Responsible for proper feed and load out scheduling, as well as proper bin management and utilization QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will have the ability to operate a computer to perform the batching process, mechanical experience, solid understanding of safety protocols, ability to operate large machinery, and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. CDL is preferred, but not required. Additional Requirements Include: Cooperative attitude and team work approach Takes pride in quality of work Reliable and responsible Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment Demonstrate positive customer service mindset Understanding of computer usage Ability to understand and follow instructions in English Willingness to obtain a boiler license, if not already licensed.
