A new opportunity has arisen for an FCL Inside Sales to join our client, a Freight Forwarding and Logistics company located in Esinteraction. The role of the FCL Inside Sales is to work alongside the operations team to ensure the smooth transition from quote to booking. You will be managing the customer base, answering incoming calls, generating new leads, and dealing with follow: ups. Other duties of the FCL Inside Sales: Build and develop relationships with clients and suppliers. Prepare quotes for clients on the company operating system. Ensure important documents are filed correctly filed. On a day: to: day basis, you will be liaising with customers and overseas office via telephone and email, so having excellent communication skills is a good attribute for this role. The successful FCL Inside Sales will have Deep Sea Shipping experience as a Freight Forwarder, and previous Sales experience.
