New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Responsibilities:• Gain hands-on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals• Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds• Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager• Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements• Recruit and develop your own team• Help grow a sales office• Build a team atmosphere Qualifications:• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career• Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry• Some sales experience needed• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus• Coachable• Self Driven• Highly motivated Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 at Plan yearly About Company: About NYL - John Kelly: We are among the strongest and most respected financial companies in the world.
