A company is looking for a Fan Happiness Associate I responsible for delivering direct support to customers and ensuring a seamless purchase experience. Key Responsibilities Drive fan loyalty and maintain high customer satisfaction through effective interactions Meet or exceed service level goals and ensure reliable attendance during scheduled shifts Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center providing support via phone, email, and chat Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) A quiet, distraction-free home office with ergonomic furniture Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
