Family Support Specialist / TT & S (Hybrid)

We are urgently hiring for the community-based Family Support Specialist position at the TJocelyne Counseling and Consulting Clinic LLC in Brockton, Massachusetts. This role involves serving as a therapeutic mentor, providing therapeutic training, and offering support within our community-based programs. Please note that this position requires providers to travel to clients' homes at least 70 percent of the time. It is ideal for individuals who have experience or aspire to work with families and youth. Family Support Specialists, therapeutic mentors, and training providers play a vital role as part of our therapeutic family therapy teams. The families we serve often need intensive and consistent support and attention. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of youth and their caregivers, as they often feel supported and validated by community-based providers in ways they may not have experienced before. Job Description: Provide in-home direct services to children and families in need of support Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive care Conduct crisis intervention and treatment planning Utilize telehealth services to reach clients in various locations Support the Lead Clinician with implementing trauma-informed care and interventions Participate in discharge planning and case management Support the Lead Clinician with implementing individualized treatment plans for clients and their families Support with care coordination and information-gathering initiatives to conduct assessments to identify client needs and strengths Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families Company Information: Welcome to TJocelyne Counseling & Consulting LLC, where we provide multiculturally competent therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Salary: The salary range for this position is between $40,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually.
