Walk right into a full panel, with a clinic who focuses on quality vs. volume, seeing no more that 17 patients in a 8 hour shift. This 3 clinic system is looking to add 1-2 FM or IM trained physicians as their team is expanding. Location, lifestyle, and compensation make this one of the best gigs open in the area. Please feel to reach out, as we are scheduling interviews now! Multi Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. M-F, no weekends. Quality Bonus production incentives. Base salary ranging from $280k-$340k based on expereince . HMO model, focused on quality vs. quantity . Current providers are pulling in additional $40k-$60k per year in bonuses. 3 clinic system that has been established the area for over 40 years . Must be CA licensed and have a minimum of 2 years of practice experience .
