This is a permanent position in the Post Acute Care setting. *Some Post Acute Care experience is required. 15 -20 patients per day Full-time position Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions Ensure timely documentation and billing through Post Acute specific EMR meeting Medicare guidelines Experienced candidates may be eligible for increased compensation due to prior experience in a post-acute care setting 93% job satisfaction among physicians and clinicians Clinical and medical director roles available and room for growth within the organization Competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of $161,000/annually to $201,000/annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
