Family Practice physician job in Massachusetts : A large primary care group south of Boston is adding a Family Medicine Physician. About the position: Established Primary Care group with an excellent reputation Average patient census is 14-18 patients per day 100% Outpatient practice Work at 1 location 4-day workweek. 32 clinical hours Partnership is encouraged with attractive buy-in Medical Assistant, RN, and Nurse Practitioner Support Shared call averaging less than once per month We are part of a primary care practice group with 9 office locations Allscripts EMR About the compensation: 2 year base salary plus bonus incentives with partnership option Excellent Health Benefits that compete with the hospitals 401k with matching up to 6% Profit sharing Generous vacation time and 1 week of CME Community/Location: Located 20 miles south of Boston. 40 miles to Providence, and less than one hour to scenic Cape Cod.
