Family Practice physician job in Indiana : We are seeking a board-certified Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team for an initial 3-month assignment. Enjoy a predictable schedule with no call, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to our valued senior population. Practice Setting: Outpatient setting A majority of the patient population is aged 65+ Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses Schedule Details: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility for a 4-day workweek No call requirements Credentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeks Cases & Procedures: Traditional primary care for older adults, including: Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease No procedures performed JN -042024-30672
