Family Practice physician job in Indiana : Overview Henry Community Health is looking to add a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to our great team! Full-time Schedule: 4 or 4 1/2 days, flexible 8am to 5pm, can manage own schedule Shared call: call is typically one weekday every 5 weeks and one weekend every 20th weekend Must be BC/BE Employed opportunity 15 Physicians (FM and IM) and 20 Nurse Practitioners 14-16 Patients per day Cerner EMR Sign on bonus, educational loan reimbursement, relocation allowance, 2500 in CME, 5 weeks' vacation first year including CME Hospital Description Henry Community health is an independent integrated health system serving Henry, Wayne, Fayette, Rush and Randolph Counties. The hospital is located on the main campus in New Castle Medical offices and outpatient services in New Castle, Cambridge City, Muncie, and Middletown. Knightstown outpatient campus phase #1 completion in 2025.
