Opportunity for a full time FamilyMedicine Physician to provide a full scope of primary care services, includingbut not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive careand health maintenance to patients. Salary Range: $224,000 to $274,345 plus Benefits Details: Knowledge of and ability to applyprofessional medical principles, procedures, and techniques. Thorough knowledge ofpharmacological agents used in patient treatment. Performs in a tactful andprofessional manner. Ability to develop and maintainpositive interpersonal relationships with a variety of people. Demonstrate effective verbal andwritten communication skills with patients, staff, Board members, vendors,medical providers, and members of the general public. Complete many different duties,often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss ofefficiency or composure. Must be able to work under stresswhen confronted with critical or unusual situations. Demonstrates ability to exerciseanalytic ability. Read and write, verbal and writtencommunication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Prioritize, meet deadlines, anduse sound judgment. Specific vision abilities requiredby this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depthperception and the ability to adjust focus.Requirements: Medical degree from an accreditedschool. Minimum two years of direct workor intern experience. Annual Requirements, Licensure,and Certifications: Current California State MedicalLicense. Current DEA and DPS Certificate ofRegistration. Board Eligible or Board Certifiedin Internal Medicine. If Board Eligible at the time of hire, must be BoardCertified within 3 years of hire date. Insurability (malpractice). Current CardiopulmonaryResuscitation (CPR) Certificate. ACLS or Advanced Life Support within12 months of employment, if appropriate. Have reliable transportation;clean driving record, and car insurance as required by the state.The Physician must be familiarwith the philosophy, goals and objectives of the Center and workscollaboratively to achieve them. The Physician must be cognizant of, and complywith, all Center policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state andfederal regulations.
