Lassen Indian Health Center Full Time Hours: M,T,TH,F 8-5 and Wed 10-5 Employed Average Patients seen: 18 Call Schedule: No on-call Loan Repayment Compensation: $190,000 to $210,000 Benefits: -Annual cost of living increases-Eligibility for annual Merit increases-16 paid holidays-13 paid sick leave-Up to 26 days of paid annual leave-Health, Dental, and Vision-401k with 4% match -Life insurance -Continuing Education Allowance -Employer pays licensing fees Additional Info: The Physician is responsible for direct medical care of patients, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, and implementing therapeutic measures. -Provides comprehensive medical care to all age groups.-Participates in staff meetings, case conferences, and committee meetings.-Cooperates with medical staff in ensuring after hours coverage for the clinic patients.-Fosters an environment that promotes trust and cooperation among all staff of LIHC.QUALIFICATIONS:-Active CA and DEA License -Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
