MT Vernon, IL Full Time Hours: 4 day work week Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 20 Call Schedule: After hours call for own patient base for emergencies only Loan Repayment Compensation: Starting salary $230,000 plus productivity incentive paid quarterly Benefits: - 4 weeks paid vacation (16-days)- 2 weeks CME (8-days) and $2,500 stipend- Renewal of medical license, controlled substance, and DEA paid- 6 paid sick days- 2 paid personal days- 8 paid Holidays- 2% match on 403B retirement plan- Paid medical malpractice- Paid long-term disability- $50,000 paid Life insurance policy- Medical Insurance available- Dental, Vision, etc. available- 2-year agreement qualifies for $50,000 in NHSC loan forgiveness Additional Info: - Responsible for direct patient care, including routine, emergency, and follow-up visits.- Will direct his/her assigned nurse as needed to provide quality patient care- May also be responsible for supervising mid-level practitioners in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidelines.- Access to UpToDate - integrated with our Electronic Health RecordQualifications:- Possess an IL license or have the ability to obtain
