The group is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine Team. Candidates fluent in the Punjabi language are highly preferred. Responsibilities Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive health assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Treatment Planning and Management: Develop and implement patient care plans. Prescribe medications and therapies. Provide health promotion and disease prevention education. Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Consult with physicians and specialists as needed. Coordinate patient care across various settings.
