Family Medicine opening in New Hampshire_x000D x000D_ - Located in Colebrook, NH - Concord 135m_x000D_ - Full-time, permanent position_x000D_ - Employed through local hospital_x000D_ - Seeking provider who is interested in being "THE" doctor for the entire family and become part of the community in Colebrook, NH_x000D_ - Provider must have minimum of 3-5 years in practice in outpatient primary care and interested in leadership opportunities._x000D_ - Rural location. Population of 2138 in 2019 with 839 of them over age 55. Median age 52 years. VERY grateful patients _x000D_ - Brand new practice in Colebrook.
