The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in handling a variety of family law cases and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Job Duties:Effectively manage a fast-moving and high-volume caseloadServe established clients by hitting the ground runningConduct legal research and draft various legal documents such as correspondences, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement proposalsRepresent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedingsAssist clients in determining proper solutions to legal conflicts and advise on the best course of actionCollaborate with supervising attorneys, paralegals, and staff to address client needs and expand the client baseAdvocate for clients with a proven record of successHandle the division of marital assetsWork closely with paralegals and supervising attorney to ensure efficient case management and swift action through the litigation processMaintain organized and up-to-date client files Requirements:Active license in good standing to practice law in Indiana3-10 years of experience in handling family law casesExceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Indiana State BarAdditional certifications in family law (optional) Skills:Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documentsStrong advocacy skillsAbility to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic adviceKnowledge of Indiana family law statutes and proceduresExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits:401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO)Competitive salary and benefits package, including full medical and vision coverageBonus and incentive plans for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environment
