As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Crown Uniform and Linen, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and the overall facility to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime Manage and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance work Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies Assist in the setup, calibration, and testing of new machinery and equipment Respond to emergency maintenance calls and work efficiently to resolve issues Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in facility maintenance or related field preferred 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions A positive attitude and strong work ethic *Crown Linen Service, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
