Function:Accountable for preventative maintenance of all Live! Casino and Hotel facilities, property, and equipment.Core Service Standards:CLEAN: Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat CLEAN and crisp personal appearanceSAFE: Must make guests feel SAFE and comfortable through creating a worry free, carefree background.Fast: Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service time qualifications and anticipate guest needs.FRIENDLY: Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns. Say thank you to departing guests.FUN: Work passionately as a team to create a FUN background both for everyone who works and plays hereSpecific Responsibilities and Duties:Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino and Hotel property.Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.Preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipmentResponsible to ensure thorough the proper maintenance and repair of the Live! Casino and Hotel facility the safety and security of all guests and teammates.Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop. Chemicals used in maintenance. Ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guest.Other duties as assigned.
