A company is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance management and facilities support for a retail portfolio. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for the facility Manage work orders and ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment initiatives Required Qualifications 3-4+ years of experience in facilities management and CMMS/Work Order applications Proficiency in MS Office and advanced skills in Excel Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience
