Within the small maintenance team you will be responsible for pitching in where needed to cover all facilities including HVAC systems, Air Handling Units, Chiller Equipment, Boilers, Steam Boilers, Plumbing and more. Requirements: At least 5 years + experience working on an industrial site. Previous experience working with HVAC systems, Air Handling Units, Chiller Equipment, Boilers, Steam Boilers. Experience working in a commercial or industrial setting, preferably manufacturing. Commutable from; Gravesend, Gillingham, Maidstone, Shorne, Cliffe Woods, Isle of Grain, Hoo, Northfleet, Rochester, Snodland, Aylesford, West Kingsdown, Sevenoaks, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood.
