customer service, admin, communication The Vacancy The Facilities Co-ordinator will be part of the team responsible for ensuring we have safe, secure and pleasant working environments for all colleagues and visitors at Glory Park and our other locations as required. This is a role for someone who wants to get stuck in and make sure our offices are the best they can be for our colleagues who work hard supporting our customers. From walking round the office on a daily basis to check everything is as it should be, to raising Purchase Orders and dealing with contractors, there is a never a dull moment. Were looking for someone who is proactive, with excellent attention to detail and who can demonstrate their experience in resolving queries for customers or colleagues in a values-based way. Our ideal candidate has facilities experience and is confident covering reception, calm in a crisis and has excellent customer service skills. Mainly based at Glory Park, there will be travel to our other offices in the local area and London where we have offices that are support by our Group Facilities manager and the rest of the team.
