Job Description: Join my clients team as a Building Services Fabric Maintenance Technician and be a part of their maintenance function in their state: of: the: art facility in London. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to ensure the integrity and functionality of the buildings fabric, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for occupants. Key Responsibilities: 1 Fabric Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the buildings fabric, including walls, ceilings, floors, lighting and interior and exterior finishes, painting, decorating, flushing, carpentry, and minor 1st fix 2 Carpentry and Joinery: Conduct carpentry and joinery tasks, such as repairs, installations, and adjustments to maintain the buildings structure and appearance. 3 Painting and Decorating: Execute painting and decorating projects to enhance aesthetics and maintain the facilitys visual appeal. 4 Emergency Response: Respond to urgent fabric maintenance requests, backss issues, and provide timely solutions to minimise disruptions. 5 Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory. 6 Safety and Compliance: Ensure all fabric work adheres to safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies. 7 Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and contractors to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless facility operations. Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Building Services Fabric Maintenance Technician. Proficiency in fabric maintenance, carpentry, joinery, and painting.
