AM Home Delivery Group is excited to offer an opportunity for an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor at our dedicated distribution center in Sante Fe Springs. As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Assist the Terminal Manager and lead the warehouse team with inbound and outbound shipments. Collaborate with the transportation department and operations team members to coordinate tasks and achieve daily operational goals and key performance metrics. Load and unload trailers with incoming and outgoing shipments of goods and materials. Safely and efficiently handle products, following proper procedures to prevent damage or loss. Utilize material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and store items as needed. Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products. Organize and maintain warehouse space to optimize efficiency and facilitate inventory management. Assist in the packaging, labeling, and sorting of products as necessary. Act as a local safety champion and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment. General Requirements Preferably 1 year of warehouse experience in a lead/supervisor role. Reliable and focused on safety. Regular, full attendance is essential to job function. Ability to work the required schedule at the specific location. Experience with Microsoft Suite and LMS is a plus.
