Job Opportunity: Trademark Associate Attorney – Chicago A top IP law firm's Chicago office is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for their Trademark practice group. This role offers a strong path for professional growth and the opportunity to work in a supportive firm culture. Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in trademark law.• Licensed in Illinois or eligible for the Illinois bar exam.• Experience in trademark prosecution, infringement litigation, and enforcement.• Familiarity with trademark searches, clearance opinions, and domain name disputes.• Background in advertising, promotions, or copyright issues is a plus. Responsibilities: • Conduct trademark clearance searches and manage trademark portfolios.• Handle trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.• Advise clients on building and protecting trademark assets.• Mentor junior associates and engage in business development efforts.
