Job Description: Experienced Service Advisor - ChryslerWe are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at our Chrysler dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' vehicles are properly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Chrysler vehicle models and a proven track record in providing outstanding service.Responsibilities:- Greet customers and effectively communicate with them to understand their automotive service needs- Schedule appointments and deliver an accurate estimate of required repairs or maintenance services- Inspect vehicles to identify any current or potential issues- Clearly explain repairs and services needed to customers and gain their approval for the work- Enter all customer vehicle information and service details accurately into the dealership's computer system- Collaborate with technicians to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed efficiently and within the promised timeframe- Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle repairs and any additional maintenance needed- Communicate with customers regarding recommended services, warranties, and other offerings to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity- Provide high-quality customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or complaints- Maintain a neat and organized work area and ensure that all required documentation is properly completedRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive technology is a plus- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a Chrysler dealership or similar automotive service environment- In-depth knowledge of Chrysler vehicle models, parts, and repairs- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively- Proficiency in using computer systems, including dealership management software and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide accurate estimates for repair services- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment- Valid driver's license and clean driving recordIf you are an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in Chrysler vehicles, we would love to hear from you.
