ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION DETAILS Full House Marketing is an apartment staffing company currently in search of a DYNAMIC Assistant Property Manager for an apartment community in the Rochester Hills area. NOTE: Position is for Direct Hire, not temporary staffing. Candidate must be willing to live on-site of the luxury community. COMPENSATION: Salary + Free Luxury Apartment + 401K + Benefits. HOURS: On-Call Operations, As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for administrative and management functions, including but not limited to; On-call Operations may include after hours and weekends (this is not 9-5 posiiion, you must be flexible to the client needs) Supporting the residents and commercial tenants with leasing/tours Providing customer service to current and potential residents Compliance with Federal Fair House Act Prepare leasing agreements Assist with accounts receivables Build strong relationships with residents to achieve high-level of customer satisfaction Social media and on-line presence coordinate contractors facilitate maintenance service requests and ensure maintenance completed in an accurate and timely manner Live on-site To be considered for this role, candidate must possess; Min two years Property Management industry background A good level of IT literacy The expertise to assist with all aspects of leasing and day-to-day property functions The expertise to perform accurate mathematical computations High-level of customer service with the expertise to resolve candidate and resident issues Good spelling and grammar Property management software background is a plus Strong communication with the expertise to work with others and/or independently Prioritize and organization Dependability and integrity Luxury background is a PLUS QUALIFICATIONS Business professional appearance Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Pass background and driver history check Previous apartment managerial experience a PLUS!
