We believe that comfort and safety are the most important concerns for your home and have designed our business to meet these concerns. Currently, we have an immediate need for an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our Sequim team. You will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems while providing the customer in a high-quality and timely manner. What we have to offer: Professional advancement opportunities 100% employer-covered medical and life insurance for employee Short-term/long-term disability insurance 3% simple IRA company match 6 paid holidays throughout the year Accrued sick pay starts on the first day of employment 40 hours of vacation after 1st year Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday; overtime required as needed Required Qualifications: 3+ years of install experience EPA certified NATE install certified or obtained within 1 year of hire Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems Exceptional safety knowledge of codes, tools, testing devices, and surroundings. General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems Ability to test and balance systems Ability to train and supervise others Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen
