Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area is hiring full-time Experienced Finish (Interior Trim) Carpenters. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3-4+ years finish carpentry experience in both residential and/or commercial new construction Experience installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles Candidate must have a good work history Dependable vehicle Valid driver's license Motivated and reliable BENEFITS Company power tools Medical/Dental - Monthly premiums are paid for by the company Vacation/Holiday pay 401(k) with a 3% company match Paid weekly Early access to earned wages through payroll program Short Term Disability, Life, Accident, and Vision Opportunity to earn a company vehicle Opportunity to earn $150 monthly gas card Company tablet or phone On-the-job training & mentoring programs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Complete all the interior finishing for both our residential and commercial projects Install the following: Cabinets Vanities Stair rails Base Casing Crown moulding Hardware Window trim Doors and door trim Other duties as assigned WORK SCHEDULE 40-50 hours per week starting at 6am on the jobsite Monday-Friday, overtime as needed PAY $26-$30 per hour, determined by experience ABOUT US Schwieters Companies was founded in 1982 by Joel Schwieters, who trimmed 40 homes during his first year in business.
