Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Expansion Coordinator to join our passionate team. As a key player in our organization, you will drive the growth of our programs, connecting with the community and empowering youth to reach their full potential. With a salary range of $40 per hour, you'll be instrumental in expanding our impact and shaping the future of tomorrow's leaders. Your role will involve strategic planning, relationship building, and project management to ensure the success of our youth programs. Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategies for expanding the youth center's programs and services to new locations• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential areas for growth and establish partnerships to support expansion efforts• Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility of expanding into new markets and present findings to senior management• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for each expansion initiative to ensure successful implementation• Evaluate the effectiveness of expansion activities and make recommendations for improvements to drive sustainable growth Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in project management or related field• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Compensation: $40 hourly About Company: Through arts education programs and more, Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center enriches the lives of thousands of underserved youth in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia school systems, empowering them to develop their artistic talents and achieve their greatest potential. Many of our students come from schools in Baltimore City and surrounding areas that are in dire need of arts education and behavioral intervention. Our arts education instruction includes dance, theater, music, visual arts, media arts, creative writing, STEAM, culinary arts, Yoga, martial arts, and gardening.
