Executive Recruiter Full time, Mercer County NJ Who We Need: We are currently seeking a Full Time ExecutiveRecruiter to join our Team in Mercer County. The Executive Recruiter will develop a sourcing plan and implement an active sourcing strategy to approach highly skilled candidates for specific job roles. Our Ideal candidate will "hit the ground running" and has experience with Recruitment in various areas including: Healthcare, Human Services (DDD), Social Work, Administrative and Executive. What We Need: Someone that has "Out of the Box" recruitment ideas, with a head-hunting mindset. Strong time management skills, motivated and persistent. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Research and develop recruiting leads. Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods. Someone with effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. What You Need: Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years recruitment experience. Experience in a non-profit agency a plus. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems. Experience with using social media platforms as a recruitment tool. Valid Driver's License, successfully pass background check, drug screen and physical .
