About Us: Signet Health, a national leader in behavioral health management, is actively recruiting for a Registered Nurse to fill a permanent, full-time Executive Director/RN position. This position will oversee the behavioral health program at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton, MD. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated nurse leader to make a significant impact in the field of behavioral health. Position Overview: In this highly visible role, you will manage the behavioral health program, which includes a 28-bed adult inpatient unit and a Partial Hospitalization Program. You will lead a team committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage a successful and profitable inpatient behavioral health program. Ensure compliance with state, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and integrity. Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure program sustainability. Develop and enhance referral networks to increase service utilization and community outreach. Establish resources and processes to achieve program goals and enhance effectiveness. Provide personnel management, fostering a culture of professional growth and development among staff. Conduct program analysis and evaluation to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care. Qualifications: Master's of Nursing (MSN) required. Proven experience leading a successful and profitable inpatient behavioral health program. Strong working knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards, with a focus on safety and quality. Experience in budgeting, financial management, and personnel management.
