A nonprofit organization is looking for an Executive Director to lead its mission of keeping guns off campus. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to promote the organization's mission Drive fundraising initiatives, including grant writing and donor cultivation Oversee nationwide advocacy efforts and maintain relationships with stakeholders Required Qualifications Proven managerial experience in the nonprofit sector in a leadership role Experience in issue advocacy and developing long-term strategic plans Fundraising experience, including major events and grant writing Ability to manage and organize membership databases Degree: BA/BS or MA/MS
