A company is looking for an Executive Director of Paid Media and Web to lead their Brand and Communications team within the Marketing department. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize B2B digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels Manage budgets to improve ROI, ROAS, and ROMI while providing strategic guidance to internal teams and agency partners Oversee the planning and execution of the company website to enhance user experience and conversion rates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field; Master's preferred 10+ years of experience in leading paid media and website strategy Experience in B2B or B2C environments supporting full-funnel go-to-market strategies Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing websites and digital experiences Experience with Google Ads, social media management platforms, and media research tools
