TMS is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our company in our Plainville, CT office. This vital role provides administrative support, meeting coordination, event planning, travel coordination, expense reporting and many other administrative tasks for our Vice President. Meetings/Special Events - Plans and coordinates meetings and special events; including, PowerPoint presentations in an organized and efficient manner. Report Preparation - Using excel spreadsheet software prepares reports for management summarizing information and data. Provide direct administrative support including scheduling appointments, coordinating meeting-room calendars, meetings, and events; booking travel; maintaining file systems Required skills and qualifications: Proficiency with all office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality Exceptional ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions independently High attention to detail Accountable with a high degree of initiative with the ability to balance fluctuating workload and tasks.
