Our client, a premier plaintiff's litigation law firm and perennial member of the National Law Journal's "The Plaintiff's Hot List," seeks a skilled litigator to join its highly successful and busy practice in Chicago.Requirements Exceptional academic credentials. 7+ years of sophisticated, complex litigation 1st and 2nd chair trial experience including taking and defending depositions and in court leadership roles with oral arguments, examinations, and summations. Ability to lead and supervise trial teams.The firm focuses primarily on ad hoc, high-stakes lawsuits for clients ranging from individuals and certified classes to governmental entities and billion-dollar, multi-national corporations in a variety of substantive areas including Securities, ERISA, Antitrust, Tax, Environmental Law, and Unfair Competition.
