We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Event Promotions team and contribute to our marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts. Job Description :As an Event Promotions Assistant in our marketing, advertising, and public relations department, you will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with the event management and PR teams to ensure that all aspects of the promotion align with the brand message and create a strong connection with target audiences. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement in the fields of marketing and PR. Responsibilities : Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. Work with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies that align with client goals. Support the advertising team in creating and distributing promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.) to generate buzz around events. Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate media coverage for events and ensure positive brand representation. Engage with event attendees to deliver brand messaging, product demonstrations, and promotional offers. Track and report on event performance, gathering feedback and providing insights to improve future campaigns. Manage event logistics, including set-up, on-site coordination, and breakdown to ensure a seamless event experience. Maintain relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and community partners to enhance event success. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market research to help shape event strategies. Qualifications : Strong interest in event marketing, advertising, and public relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for brand promotion and event execution. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, promotions, or public relations is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, for event schedules.
