You’ll play a pivotal, customer-facing role in supporting the success of high-profile marketing campaigns. With comprehensive training provided, you’ll gain expertise in all aspects of the company while progressing in your career. Key Responsibilities: Execute tasks independently and within a team to achieve marketing objectives. Act as a liaison between customers and clients , ensuring seamless communication. Assist in meeting fundraising and performance targets . Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Continuously work to enhance cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Interact with customers, addressing their requests promptly and professionally. Prepare detailed and accurate reports on donations and campaign outcomes. Regularly report to the Managing Director on progress and results. Develop outstanding customer service skills aligned with company standards.
