The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events and meetings. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure events align with company goals and standards. Salary range: $1250 - $1800 /week Job Type: Full-time THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and other promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop event concepts and logistics. Secure venues and manage event set-up, including decorations, equipment, and layout. Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Oversee the execution of events and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Collect feedback and analyze the success of events to provide recommendations for future improvements. Maintain an updated database of vendors, venues, and other resources for event planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
