We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time role with paid training designed to equip you with the skills needed to thrive in event coordination, marketing, and promotional campaigns. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Assist with planning, organizing, and executing events . Support on-site event setup, coordination, and tear-down . Promote brand awareness and engage with event attendees . Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns . Maintain strong communication with vendors, sponsors, and partners. Provide exceptional customer service to event participants and clients. Track event outcomes and report on performance . Help troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth event operations. What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking abilities . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . A team player who can also work independently when needed. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments . Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events.
