We’re looking for an Event Assistant to join our team and support charity-driven events that make a real difference in the community. This is an entry-level position with ample opportunities for growth and development. About Us Our team collaborates with local and national charities to design and execute impactful events that drive awareness and fundraising efforts. Through our work, we empower nonprofit organizations to reach their goals and create a lasting impact. If you’re excited about supporting meaningful causes and gaining hands-on experience in event coordination, we’d love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and executing charity events from start to finish Coordinate event logistics, including setup, equipment, and scheduling Support the Event Coordinator and team in ensuring smooth event operations Engage with event attendees, answering questions and providing information on behalf of our clients Help manage on-site event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support Track event materials and supplies, ensuring all items are ready and accounted for Gather feedback and report on event outcomes, providing insights for improvement Work closely with the marketing and promotions team to ensure consistent messaging Requirements Authorization to work in the United States No prior experience or specific education required; training will be provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally as needed for events What We Offer Performance-based compensation and growth opportunities within the team Comprehensive training in event planning, marketing, and client relations Hands-on experience supporting community-focused projects and charitable causes A positive, supportive environment that values teamwork, initiative, and impact Opportunities for career advancement based on performance and initiative Powered by JazzHR
