Whether our clients are implementing new equipment or processes, or evaluating current facility and operational challenges, our trained and certified staff will deliver results to meet the clients’ needs. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs, as well as the ability to analyze project specifications and drawings. Key Responsibilities: Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand the scope of work. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Analyze and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates. Monitor and update cost estimates as project conditions change. Maintain a database of historical cost data for reference in future estimates. Prepare and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Convert estimate files to job files. Document all relevant project information for use by the operations team. Hold project turnover meetings with the operations team and communicate project-specific knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costs. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mechanical estimating.
