Working within a vibrant and collaborative company, this role will report to the Estimating Manager. Main responsibilities of the Estimator include: Travelling across the UK to survey works and meet with clients Compiling Scopes of work from client briefs and documentation All aspects of tendering Sending packages to new and existing Sub-contractors across the supply chain Compiling estimates of true cost from multiple sectors and presenting to the Estimating Manager Presenting clear handovers for the Commercial and Operational stakeholders Our ideal Estimator will have the below skills and experience: Experience in take offs of measurements Main Contractor experience preferable Construction Industry Qualification, Site/Trade experience or both Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work to strict deadlines Ability to.
