This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in estate planning, trust administration, and client counseling. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, draft legal documents, and assist senior attorneys in managing trust administration matters. This is a great role for someone looking to grow within the estate planning and trust administration practice.Duties:Consult with clients to assess their estate planning needs and provide legal guidance.Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Assist with the administration of trusts, including asset distribution, tax filings, and related matters.Support senior estate planning attorneys in the preparation of documents and client communications.Research estate planning laws and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date advice.Manage case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and professional communication regarding their cases.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.Requirements:Knowledge and experience in estate planning and trust administration.Basic experience in drafting estate planning documents and trust-related legal materials.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:Expertise in estate planning and trust administration.Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to estate planning and trusts.Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Effective time management and organizational abilities.
