We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Controller to join our global finance organization. In this new role, you will lead the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into the company's financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, accounting, and sustainability reporting standards. What you will do: Lead the advancement of the company's ESG strategy, serving as a key advisor and liaison across Controllership, Sustainability, Legal, and Investor Relations, ensuring timely and accurate ESG reporting Be responsible for the compilation and disclosure of ESG data for both voluntary and mandatory reporting, aligning with frameworks such as SEC, CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, SASB, and CDP, while ensuring compliance and consistency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect precise ESG data, develop project plans for ESG reporting readiness, identify gaps, and maintain communication with senior leadership and stakeholders Maintain expertise in the evolving ESG reporting landscape, influence reporting trends through industry engagement, and establish standardized ESG reporting policies and procedures Design and enforce ESG reporting controls in partnership with Controllership/SOX Compliance, ensuring audit-readiness and providing training on best practices to internal teams Work with Sustainability and Global Supply Chain to identify financial implications of Net Zero targets and sustainability goals, guiding the company's social and environmental impact initiatives Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience Experience or curiosity about ESG Experience with, and knowledge of, U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, corporate governance, internal controls, and other statutory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Strong grasp of the ESG regulatory and data landscape Excellent project management, communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills Experience driving strategic processes and initiatives within a fast-paced and complex environment Preferred Qualifications: ESG reporting and metrics expertise and experience Experience in CPG industry Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $182,400.00 - $239,400.00 USD Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes: Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
