Experienced Escrow Officer Are you a fun, energetic person who loves people and customer service? We are looking for an experienced Escrow Officer who is passionate about their job. Who loves what they do and is all about the client experience. If clients don't come first for you, then please move on. And by clients, we mean, the buyer, seller, listing agent, buyer's agent, title company, home warranty company, lenders, all assistants, solar companies, etc. We are a fast-growing Escrow company. Must have a team player attitude, and ability to work fast and efficiently. Service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Candidates must be qualified and have a minimum of 2+ years of escrow officer experience. We are a growing office looking to expand our escrow team. State-of-the-art equipment, big desk, and semi-paperless! Willing to exceed the customer's expectations. Looking for someone who wants to grow and move their career to the next level. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ yearly base plus bonus Responsibilities:• Open Escrow and Title orders• Package Escrow instructions and process closings• Process Escrow files; order Demands, Hero, Solar, and HOA• Review and understand Prelims; clear title and prepare the file for loan docs• Must know and understand TRID GUIDELINES• Maintain communication with all parties to the escrow• Experience with all types of escrows• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment• Great time management skills Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in escrow• Have a great "Yes I can" attitude• Have the ability to please others by staying positive. • Service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service• Strong communication skills: written, in person, and by phone• High School Diploma or equivalent• College degree is not needed, but preferred• Hours 8:30-5:00• Show sympathy to customers• Salary depends on experience• Bonuses and other awesome perks make us the best escrow company in town Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly + bonus About Company: Fiv Realty Co. is a cloud-based brokerage that focuses on the productivity of real estate agents.
