Escalation Engineer

Description:
A company is looking for an Escalation Engineer to support escalations from Customer Support and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Provide escalation support for complex customer-facing issues and internal support engineers Conduct deep dive analysis into technical issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams Manage customer-facing incidents and participate in large-scale initiatives and organizational improvements Required Qualifications Knowledge of enterprise software running on AIX or IBM i Operating Systems Familiarity with Oracle or Db2 based systems Experience with ITIL best practices and workflows Ability to debug customer problems at the Linux/Unix admin levels Knowledge/experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Ruby)
