We are looking for an Equipment Assembly Associate to join our growing team!JOB PURPOSEThe Equipment Assembly Associate will assemble and test industrial controls and mechanical systems, perform basic assembly tasks-----"including electrical wiring and mechanical assembly-----"and accurately document product performance testing to ensure quality standards are met.SCHEDULERegular Work Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARYPerform basic assembly tasks, including electrical and mechanical assembly following established manufacturing guidelines and plans.Work with and assemble motors, fans, blowers, relays, timers, PLCs, and other industrial controls, as well as related mechanical systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality during the assembly process.Conduct and document product performance testing to verify functionality and ensure quality standards are met.Maintains a safe, clean working environment.Complete new employee and annual safety training.Clean up work area according to procedures.Follow 5S methodology.
