The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely documentation for various types of entries, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range: $55k to 65K annually Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and complete documentation for various types of entries, including: o Commercial invoices o Bills of lading o Packing lists o Certificates of origin Verify and validate entry information for accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements Meet productivity and quality standards Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Requirements: ---------- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (logistics, shipping, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures a plus Working Conditions: Work in a office environment May require overtime or flexible hours Physical Demands: Sedentary work May require occasional lifting or moving of files and documents
