Overview: Venture Solar is seeking entry-level Field Solar Consultants. Candidates should have a student mentality, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude. No experience is necessarily required as the solar industry is relatively new. Venture Solar offers paid training & recent grads are welcome to apply! You will be responsible for : Professionally prospecting homeowners for interest in solar Qualifying roofs for solar projects Gathering the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution Set appointments with homeowners to answer any outstanding customer questions Confidently provide focused customer service Canvass neighborhoods and work around active installations What you’ll bring: Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus Outstanding customer service skills Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and resolve issues Ability to work independently and remain productive Compensation: Base pay + commission (OTE 75k-100k) Commission is based on completed appointments with homeowners Benefits: Medical, Dental and vision 401K PTO Upward promotion opportunities based on productivity Monthly Bonuses Powered by JazzHR
